Subject: Information on estimated sales revenue.
Management beeIN S.A ("Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that the unit level of sales revenues realized by the Issuer in the fourth quarter of 2022 amounted to 9.515 thousand PLN and is almost twice as high as sales revenue
in the fourth quarter of 2021 which amounted to PLN 4.773 thousand. Cumulatively since the beginning of the year, unit sales revenue amounted to 32.278 thousand PLN and significantly exceeds the revenue generated after the fourth quarter of 2021, which amounted to PLN 17.467 thousand.
The successive increase in revenues is the result of the Company's consistently implemented development strategy in the area of distribution of RES components, both in Poland and in the EU.
