Privacy policy and its compliance with the EU GDPR regulation

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY BEEIN SA

From May 25, 2018, in Poland, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / WE (General Data Protection Regulation, Journal of Laws UE L 119, p. 1, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"). In view of the above, BeeIN SA presents the following information required by the Regulation and regarding the processing of personal data.

I. Personal data controller

II. Supervisory authority for personal data.

The supervisory authority for personal data in Poland is President of the Personal Data Protection Office. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law.

III. Purposes and grounds for processing your personal data.

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of:

  • conclusion and implementation of the contract for the sale of our services or products, as well as the implementation of any complaint / warranty claims that you are entitled to (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
  • fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions related to the concluded contract, including issuing and storing VAT invoices (the basis of Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR);
  • presenting you with an offer of our services and products by e-mail or by phone, based on your consent and in accordance with our legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (a) and (f) of the GDPR);
  • customer satisfaction surveys and determining the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
  • for archival (evidence) purposes to secure information in the event of a legal need to prove facts, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
  • possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

IV. The categories of your data that we process.

We will process the following categories of your personal data:

  1. 1. Basic identification data, including name and surname and persons authorized by the client, company name, NIP, REGON, PESEL number, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

    V. Recipients of data.

    We may share your personal data with the following categories of entities: subcontractors, i.e. entities that we use to process them, such as: IT service provider, accounting office, and in terms of image in photos also to service recipients.

    VI. We do not transfer your data outside of Poland / EU / European Economic Area.

    VII. Data storage period.

    Pursuant to Art. 13.2.a and 14.2.a GDPR, we inform you that:

    1. We store and process your data obtained in order to conclude and perform the contract for the sale of our products or services for the duration of the contract, until the end of the limitation period for potential claims under concluded contracts or until the expiry of obligations under applicable law, with the reservation that we store photos respectively (depending on the provisions of the contract) or until they are transferred to our recipient, or until the contract is performed, or until the end of the limitation period for potential claims arising from concluded contracts in the case of publishing in a private gallery on the beein.pl website, reserving the right to delete a private gallery after one month from the date of publication.
    2. We store your basic contact details for the purposes of direct marketing of our products and services until you object to their processing for this purpose, you withdraw your consent if we processed them on the basis of the so-called marketing consent, or we will determine that they have become obsolete.

    VIII. Your rights:

    In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you are entitled to:
    a) the right to access your data and receive a copy of it;
    b) the right to rectify (correct) your data;
    c) the right to delete data.
    If in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process your personal data, you can request that we delete it.
    d) restriction of data processing

    You can request that we limit the processing of your personal data only to their storage or performance of actions agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data about you or we process it unreasonably; or you do not want us to remove them because they are needed to establish, assert or defend claims; or for the duration of your objection to data processing.
    e) the right to object to data processing: "Marketing" objection. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing. If you exercise this right - we will stop processing your data for this purpose.

The data provided in the forms may be provided to entities technically providing certain services - in particular, this applies to the provision of information about the owner of a registered domain to entities that are operators of internet domains (primarily the Scientific and Academic Computer Network jbr - NASK), or entities with which the Website Operator cooperates in this regard.

      2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website's websites. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser).
