The Management Board of beeIN SA with its registered office in Siedlce ("Company", "Issuer"), with reference to current report ESPI No. 4/2022 of April 5, 2022 and with reference to current report ESPI No. 6/2022 of June 24, 2022 year, and with reference to the current report ESPI No. 2/2023 of January 24, 2023, hereby announces to the public information about the signing on January 19, 2024 of annexes to loan agreements _"Kredyt"_ with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna _ "Bank"_ pursuant to which:

1. The bank extended the working capital loan line in the amount of 1.000.000,00 PLN for the next 12 months, i.e. until January 23, 2025. Additionally, in connection with the extension of the Loan agreement, the guarantee granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego was adjusted and extended in the amount of PLN 600.000,00, constituting 60% of the granted Loan amount for the loan period extended by 3 months, i.e. until April 23, 2025. The other significant terms and conditions of the Loan have not changed.

2. The bank extended the working capital loan line in the amount of 3.000.000,00 PLN for the next 12 months, i.e. until January 19, 2025, taking into account the systematic reduction of the credit limit as a result of monthly capital repayments in the amount of PLN 250.000,00 during the loan period. Additionally, in connection with the extension of the Loan agreement, the guarantee granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego was adjusted and extended in the amount of PLN 1.800.000,00, constituting 60% of the granted Loan amount for the loan period extended by 3 months, i.e. until April 20, 2025. The other significant terms and conditions of the Loan have not changed.

The obtained funds will be used to finance the current business activity of the Issuer.
