Subject: Increasing the limit of the revolving working capital loan

The Management Board of beeIN SA ("Company", Issuer), with reference to ESPI current report No. 4/2022 of April 5, 2022 and with reference to ESPI current report No. 6/2022 of June 24, 2022, submits to public information about the signing on January 24, 2023. an annex to the credit agreement ("Credit") with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank"), pursuant to which the Bank increased the Company's credit limit by PLN 3.000.000,00, i.e. to PLN 7.000.000,00.

In addition to the current credit security, the Issuer increased the liability of the blank promissory note in the promissory note declaration and additionally undertook to establish a registered pledge on inventories to the value of PLN 2,5 million.

At the same time, the loan was extended for another 12 months, i.e. until January 20.01.2024, XNUMX.

Other material terms of the Credit remained unchanged.

The obtained funds will be used to finance the current business activity of the Issuer.
