The BeeIN share issue has started!

The first issue of beeIN shares is behind us. Subscriptions in the closed tranche began on December 4. The tranche open to all investors will start on December 10 on the CrowdConnect platform.

BeeIN share issue

On December 10, on the platform crowdconnect.pl subscriptions in the 4nd tranche will start. Information on the terms of the purchase of beeIN shares has already been presented there. Our intention is to raise funds in the total amount of up to PLN XNUMX million. The purpose of obtaining funds is to expand the commercial offer and foreign expansion, construction of photovoltaic farms and innovative services on the photovoltaic market.

Today we are starting a public offering of shares. The funds obtained from the issue of shares will be used primarily to increase the scale of the photovoltaic business, i.e. the sale of PV panels and inverters, foreign expansion in Hungary, development of PV farm projects and new innovative business lines. We count on trust and interest in our offer, the potential success of which and the implementation of the emission targets will result in an increase in the company's market position and value. An attractive business model, cooperation with global device manufacturers (...), a growing market supported by EU requirements and exposure to the e-commerce sector are selected factors that build the commercial potential of our company

Details of the issue

The issue covers a total of 160 thousand. company shares with a total value of PLN 4 million. The first tranche dedicated to larger investors began on December 4. Shares can be purchased through our website emitja.sundayenergy.pl and on the CrowdConnect.pl platform operated by Dom Maklerski INC SA, information on the terms of subscription for shares was published. We invite you to subscribe in the open tranche, which will take place on December 10-17. Our minimum goal of the issue is to raise PLN 2,5 million, and the maximum goal is PLN 4 million.

Economic prerequisites

We are trying to increase the sales of PV panels and devices by leaps and bounds. In October 2020, we generated PLN 1,35 million in sales revenues. However, in September and August this year it was PLN 0,62 and 0,55 million, respectively. Taking into account the third quarter, beeIN achieved a total of PLN 1,69 million in revenues. In the second quarter it was PLN 1,07 million and in the period January-March PLN 0,1 million. In 2021, we plan to maintain the dynamic pace of growth and development of the company on the photovoltaic market.

The next step of beeIN on the capital market is its debut on NewConnect in 2021. We read it as a natural and next stage of development that will allow us to increase the credibility and recognition of the company, as well as create opportunities for market valuation of the current value and future of beeIN. In the coming months, we want to focus on the further development of the business scale and the implementation of emission goals, primarily covering the core business, i.e. the sale of PV panels and devices, as well as new innovative areas.
