The Management Board of beeIN SA with its registered office in Siedlce ["Company", "Issuer"] informs that periodic reports in the 2024 financial year will be submitted on the following dates:

– quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 – May 15.05.2024, XNUMX
– annual report for 2023 – March 20.03.2024, XNUMX
– quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024 – August 14.08.2024, XNUMX
– quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – November 14.11.2024, XNUMX

Any changes in the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announced in the form of a current report.

The Issuer decided to submit an annual report for 2023 within 80 days from the end of the financial year (i.e. on March 20, 2024), and is therefore exempt from the obligation to submit a periodic report for the fourth quarter of 2023 in accordance with § 6 section . 10a of Annex No. 3 of the Alternative Trading System Regulations.
