The Management Board of beeIN SA with its registered office in Siedlce ("Company", "Issuer") informs that the company has concluded an annex to the agreement with INC SA with its registered office in Poznań ("Authorized Adviser"), the subject of which is the performance by INC SA of the function of Authorized Adviser. for the benefit of the Issuer.
Pursuant to the content of the annex, the agreement was concluded for an indefinite period.
