BeeIN is getting closer to its debut on NewConnect

Jan 11, 2022

BeeIN SA, a provider of solutions from the RES market, submitted the Information Document to the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The Management Board expects a debut on the NewConnect market this spring, which will not be accompanied by an issue of shares. In terms of results, the company after the three quarters of 2021 achieved PLN 12,7 million in sales revenues (vs PLN 2,9 million y / y) and PLN 0,9 million in net profit (vs PLN 0,4 million y / y) and expects further increases in financial results in 2022.

BeeIN's activity is based on the import and sale of photovoltaic panels and other renewable energy components to professional customers (including inverters, heat pumps, energy storage). The company also addresses its offer to individual clients through the e-commerce store sundayenergy.pl and develops development projects of its own solar farms. Additionally, BeeIN offers support services for institutions financing the RES market (in terms of disassembly, testing, service, storage and further resale of RES components).

- We are in the final straight of the BeeIN publication process on the NewConnect market. At the same time, we are fulfilling our commitment from the issue period in the pre-IPO formula in December 2020. The debut will allow our company to strengthen the credibility, recognition and transparency of the business. On the other hand, we will gain a market valuation taking into account our prospects and long-term potential for value growth - says Michał Sochacki, President of the Management Board of BeeIN SA

The Company submitted the Information Document in connection with the introduction to trading of 1.160.000 series A and B ordinary bearer shares with a nominal value of PLN 0,10 each. In the process of introducing the shares to trading on the NewConnect market, the company is supported by INC SA as an Authorized Adviser. In December 2020, BeeIN successfully carried out a public offering of series B shares, acquiring the planned amount of PLN 4 million.

- Our debut will not be accompanied by a share issue - we want to finance the nearest development plans from our own and possibly bank funds - adds Michał Sochacki.

One of the key areas under construction in the company is the OutletOZE.pl project, i.e. the RES outlet intended for individual and institutional customers. Thanks to the platform, the company wants to develop new lines of business faster, including from offering customers panels and devices from the rePV market. In recent months, BeeIN has also expanded its offer with ZNShine Solar panels. The concern provides graphene PV modules with self-cleaning properties, with higher efficiency, durability and with a lower fire risk. The intention of the company is to promote on the Polish RES market panels and devices intended for premium customers (in need of unique functional features).

- ZNShine Solar is a leading Chinese manufacturer of PV panels with over 30 years of experience, having the highest Bloomberg TIER1 New Energy Finance rating. The concern has a production capacity of 6 GW and is the largest supplier of photovoltaic cells in India. In terms of technology, the company applies graphene integrated into the windshield of the PV module instead of a surface coating - complements the President of the Management Board.
