EBI Report 09/2022 - Conclusion of a loan agreement and obtaining the consent of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of beeIn SA with its seat in Siedlce ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces the conclusion on March 29, 2022 of a loan agreement with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna with its seat in Warsaw ("Bank"), under which the Company a revolving working capital loan was granted in the amount of PLN 2.000.000 (the "Loan").

The loan interest rate is variable and is the sum of the WIBOR 1M base rate and the Bank's margin of 1,80 percentage points.

The loan repayment is secured by a blank promissory note of the Company, a promissory note declaration and a guarantee granted by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego in Warsaw ("Security").

The loan repayment deadline is March 28, 2023, but it is possible to extend it for another 12 months.

The acquired funds will be used to finance the current operations of the Issuer.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that on March 29, 2022, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on granting consent to taking out a Loan and establishing Securities.
