EBI Report 08/2022 Registration by the Court of the amendment to the Issuer's Articles of Association

The Management Board of beeIN SA (formerly Sunday Energy SA) with its registered office in Siedlce ("Company", "Issuer") hereby announces that on March 17, 2022, it received information about registration on March 16, 2022 by the Lublin East District Court in Lublin with its seat in Świdnik, VI Commercial Division of the National Court Register, amending the Company's Articles of Association.

This amendment to the Issuer's Articles of Association was adopted by Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, which was held on March 7, 2022.

§ 1 of the Issuer's Articles of Association was changed.

Previous wording of § 1:
1. The name of the Company is: Sunday Energy Spółka Akcyjna.
2. The company will be able to use the company in short: Sunday Energy SA and its distinguishing mark
graphic.

New wording of § 1:
1. The name of the Company is: beeIn Spółka Akcyjna.
2. The company will be able to use the company in short: beeIn SA and its distinguishing graphic sign.
The current, uniform version of the Company's Articles of Association constitutes an attachment to this report.
