Ground assembly structures for solar panels
Construction universal 2V/U
The solution allows the use of base tables in a 2×4 configuration and the use of tables in the form of 2×1 and 2×2 extensions. The inclination angle of the structure is 30°, the minimum height of the panels above the ground is 50 cm. In the 2V/U system it exists the possibility of adjusting the shift of the lower legs in case of problems with driving up to 30 cm to the right or left. In the event of an increased snow load, the structure allows for the addition of additional pairs of legs without the need to drill in the purlins, allowing you to adjust the static and dynamic strength of the table for a specific location.
High workmanship class construction
- construction class - EXC2 (according to PN-EN 1993-1-1:2006/A1:2014-07),
- production tolerance of cold-formed profiles in accordance with PN-EN 10162,
- profiles driven into the ground made of S350 steel, 2,5mm thick and 3mm Magnelis ZM430 coating,
- other structural elements made of S350 steel with Magnelis ZM310 coating,
- all supplied fasteners necessary for assembly of the structure are protected with hot-dip or flake zinc and manufactured in Poland, in accordance with PN or DIN standards.
