beeIN announces further foreign expansion

Nov 3, 2021

The Management Board of BeeIN SA, a provider of solutions from the renewable energy market, made a decision
on the expansion of commercial activities to the countries of Western Europe. So far, the company has been selling panels and renewable energy components in Hungary and in the Baltic States. In November, BeeIN plans to publish a financial report for the third quarter of this year, in which the company sold 100 heat pumps (fourfold increase q / q). During this period, the company launched OutletOZE of the marketplace type: OutletOZE.pl and started selling premium ZNShine panels coated with graphene, which show self-cleaning properties and are flame-retardant.

BeeIN's activity is based on the import and sale of photovoltaic panels and other renewable energy components to professional customers (including inverters, heat pumps, energy storage). The company also addresses its offer to individual customers through an e-commerce store beein.pl and develops development projects of its own solar farms. Additionally, BeeIN offers support services for institutions financing the RES market (in terms of disassembly, testing, service, storage and further resale of RES components).

- Valuable experience from the Hungarian market and the first sales transactions in the Baltic States make us decide to expand our company's operations to new foreign markets. In 2022, we intend to offer renewable energy products under the BeeIN brand in Western Europe. The company's development outside Poland is based on cooperation with partners from local markets and the decision to enter individual regions depends on the results of talks with potential contractors. On the other hand, our primary market is and will remain the domestic market where we generate most of our revenues - says Michał Sochacki, President of the Management Board of BeeIN SA

As he adds, cooperation based on the partnership model allows BeeIN to offer foreign customers a product offer in line with the product offer dedicated to domestic customers (on favorable terms due to the scale effect of the company), on the other hand, the company gains know-how and knowledge about the specificity of local markets and their conditions.

BeeIN expansion abroad

The development of BeeIN's foreign activity is in line with the trends observed on European markets. The EU's target so far was to reach 2030% in 33. share of energy obtained from renewable energy sources. The European Commission has proposed to raise the level to 40%, which is to be included in the amendment to the directive on renewable energy sources. In Poland, according to the Energy Market Agency, in August, the total installed capacity in RES was 14,9 GW, which accounted for 27,9% of the country's energy mix. Including, the installed capacity in photovoltaics is 5,97 GW (+ 106,6% y / y). Installed PV capacity exceeded the target of the country's Energy Policy (5,1 GW) set for 2025.

-The third quarter of 2021 was the most successful period for our company since the commencement of operations at the beginning of the previous year. In the context of waiting for BeeIN's debut on the NewConnect market, we would like to present our shareholders with a financial report for the third quarter of this year. We intend to publish the document in mid-November - complements Michał Sochacki.

The company in the third quarter of this year. launched a platform for trading in renewable energy components: OutletOZE.pl. The online outlet will allow the company to develop new business lines faster, including with offering panels to customers
and RES devices from the secondary market. Platform users have access to a database of contractors, they can evaluate them and submit a demand for the services of disassembling PV installations offered by BeeIN. The goal of OutletOZE.pl is to provide both producers, distributors and institutional retail clients with a practical tool that facilitates establishing relationships and concluding transactions.
